It's Falco from Star Fox!
The design I used is his Super Smash Bros. Brawl version. But this won't be the last picture of him, by far. You can count on that. He is one of my favourites.
The hardest part of this? His Arwing and his pants. I don't have a redish brown marker, so I had to mix red and brown before either dried. It was a total pain. The Arwing doesn't look TO bad, either. It was hard to get a good side reference.
